KVKK Disclosure

Purpose and Scope
This disclosure has been prepared by Narsante Pharmaceutical Industry Import Export and Trade Inc. in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698, to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

Your personal data will be processed by Narsante Pharmaceutical Industry Import Export and Trade Inc. (Şerifali Mah. Mevdudi Sk. No:12/2, Ümraniye Istanbul Turkey) as the data controller within the scope explained below.

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations, and relevant authorities in case of legal necessity, within the scope of achieving the purposes stated above.
Data Subject Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if your personal data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used appropriately
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction if your personal data is processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data
Application Method
To exercise the above-mentioned rights, you may apply to our company in writing with documents verifying your identity or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
